The pep talk I have given myself is getting old. Food is getting blah, ( especially lunch and dinner), I had a baked sweet potato today for lunch and usually feel good after I eat it, but today I didn't even want to eat it, but I did.
What do you guys do when you feel like this?

Change your food around. If it's getting blah, you need to come up with some more creative recipes and foods to eat.
I have a picture of me when I was at my thinnest. I look at it whenever I am feeling bummed, and tell myself, some day, I WILL be that thin again. Also, I try to divert myself from the bad thinking.
Have any old hobbies that you use to enjoy? I love doing puzzles. So, I treated myself to a new one this week- it's 750 pieces, and the scenery is beautiful on it. I also have a Christmas afghan I started a little while back (it hurts my hand to crochet for long periods of time, so I do a little here and there). I pick it up and add some stitches to it, and I swear, keeping the mind occupied and busy keeps it off of food. Just knowing that I saved calories while making something beautiful makes me smile!
These are my things that I love to do to keep my mind going and off of the blahs. Also, Word Searches and Fill It In's are also fun for me. I call these my quiet and alone "happy breaks", if you will. I also love to paint little figurines and ornaments- I have some Halloween ones I'm going to paint in a couple of weeks to go on our Halloween tree this fall.
Walking and dancing in the living room also makes my mood lift. Our cable has a bazillion music channels- something for everybody. Well, today the kids decided we were going to dance to Opera, Salsa, Broadway and Heavy Metal music. It was hilarious, especially watching my son use the broom as a microphone and seeing him play the drums with two pencils and several bowls, lmao. Mind you, we have a set of drums he could have used. I cracked up at the songs they picked, but it got me dancing and laughing right along with them.
