What are your fitness/health goals? To lose weight, become a healthy weight and become stronger physically and feel good about myself

What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? My clothes dont fit and my BF has been gone for 9 mos and will be back in 2 1/2 mos and I have gained weight!!

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? I LOVE FOOD

What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? I need to stop eating on the run and walk more

(Evil motivation ) Who do you want to look better than? : I don't think I want to look better than anyone specific, I just want to feel I look good.

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size? My old jeans/shorts
