Hello Everyone,

I post on another thread, but I'll join your July 4th challenge, although a bit late. From today, May 31st to July 4th I'd like to lose 15 lbs. So that's my goal. I guess I will start posting my losses on your threads as well.

Hey guys... Im still here too. I was off plan for a while, but Im back and ready to LOSE!! My 4th goal is to be in a size 16, but thats REALLY pushing the envelope! I need you all to keep tabs on me!! GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!

Im going to say 10 lbs for me to start. From 360-350. Then I can weigh myself on the scale at the gym.

Ok I had a bigger initial weight loss than I expected so I am going to go for a total of 20 lb loss so down to 340.

I'm in. The first 10 or so are usually fast for me, so I'm going to shoot for 20 pounds by July 4. That'd be 289. Good luck everybody!

I'm still in this and I'm getting closer and closer to my goal of fitting in my shirt. I tried it on last week and the only place it is snug is on the last button where my belly squishes out when I sit. So I think I will make it by the 4th.

Just wanted to say hello. I'm from Paris, Illinois although I don't live there anymore. I did live in Charleston for awhile back in the 90's. Small world. Good luck on the 20 lbs!

I'm hoping for mine also and working at it very hard. I am going to be close. I hope that I make it. It's an average of 3 pounds per week and lately I have been at about 2 pounds each week.

Edit: I had to look at the calendar. There are least four more weigh weeks to go. So, I don't have to average quite 3 pounds per week. That takes off a little pressure. I have faith I can do this though.

I am wearing one of the shrits that it was my goal to be in by the 4th. The last button is still a wee bit tight but it was the only thing in my closet today. So I should be good by the 4th. It looks great when I am standing it just rides up a bit when I sit.

It sounds like we are all doing really well. Howie, it feels so wonderful to fit into clothes that did not fit before. Sometimes that is the only way it registers in my brain that I am loosing weight. When I look in the mirror I don't see the slimmer me. I just don't see where it is coming off, but I know by the way my clothes are getting to big that it is going.
