Whoops...up one pound. Not really surprised. Poor planning this week, plus 3 work lunches, 1 potluck dinner and a buffet brunch. YIKES! Back to it...OP today.

Wow....ladies, can I say that I am in shock.....after a week of maintaining when Aidan was hospitalized two weeks ago...and last week....getting my period...as I weigh in today, I am 5 pounds lighter. That makes 20 pound loss in just 5 weeks. I feel wonderful!!!! I am sleeping so much better (crucial for weightloss I have just recently read)...and gave up sugar and flour!!!!

And I also have a NSV for this week...I have a lost a total of 4% Body fat...wohoooo...that is more important to me and to my health than the actual pound amount....KWIM?

Arrow Yeah - lost 3 lbs!

I seem to be developing a pattern - loose 1 pound each week for 3 weeks, then loose 3 pounds on the 4th week. It's been that way for the past 8 weeks. Cool with me, averages to 1.5 per week - I'll take it!!

i'm up 1.2 or something like that.

gina! losing weight DOES help with sleep... or at least with me it did. before i started losing i'd wake myself up snoring as my boobs would be up around my neck. LOL but now i usually sleep through the night.

Congrats to all the losers and almost losers!!!

Well, I knew intellectually I couldn't sustain a 2 lb. + weight loss each week, but I was a touch disappointed at the .4 loss when I did the same dang things I did during the 2 lb.+ weeks. But a .4 lb. loss is still a loss so I'll take it!

I'm down 3.8 this week. Guess it's proof that the program works, when you work the program
