Thanks Laura and boopchick! It is hard to believe I made it here. When I go to write down my weight I still start to think 24_. Having said that I am eying up the 220's!

Good morning everyone!

My body seems to be loving the 227-228 range. I weigh 227.6 this morning. Just trying to not stress about it and continue eating on plan. Upon some reflection, I may not be drinking as much water lately and I am feeling a bit "full".
I am going to increase my water and see if that gets things moving.

boopchick I agree with Gemini6 your body is catching up. Also your body worked hard to get there so try changing up your exercise routine.

ubee It is hard to believe sometimes on our acomplishments, and that's a great one.

Well the scale finally budged out of it's comfort zone and reads 226.6 this morning. I won't celebrate until I see that it's going to stick but it sure was nice to see a change. Have a great day everyone!

boopchick you have been doing so well I really agree that your body just needs to catch its breath before you go on another weight loss run.

I am doing well and love seeing 23_ pop up on the scale! I know I will be sick of it soon...

I lost 1.8 lbs this week which brings me down to 225! I wanted to be at 219lbs by Sept. 1st, but I don't think that's going to happen. I'm still happy with my progress though.

I understand Gemini6, I always feel the same way.
I lose slowly and the scale jumps around but overall it shows a downward trend.
