I can sure relate to the long road.. again. I have gone from 179 to where I am now in the last few years.
gutting and completely down to my mental health, medication and overeating. Hoping I have turned a corner and signing up for a weight loss class (slimming world in the UK) will help me stay on track.

Holding onto the fact it's likely water weight or just a glitch of daily weighing. Didn't do anything bad yesterday in my eating but took tablets for aching feet after work.
