I haven't been as diligent as I'd like in terms of exercise this past week because of busy days and catching up with family I don't see regularly. This week I'm aiming to meet my goal of swimming laps for 30 minutes 3x/week and I'm also aiming to start a 12-week workout challenge today. Hope you both are having a great day
