Hi Everyone!
I was very excited this morning when I got on the scale and it read 239.8!

I will give it a day or two and if it stays there or goes down I will move over to the 230's thread.

A couple days ago I posted my introduction in what I thought was the introduction section....my post was very long. I looked and looked for it but I can't find it, so my apologies to anyone who may have responded to it.

I am curious do most of the members change their current weight on a daily, weekly, monthly basis? So far I have been changing mine every time I come on here to read or post something.....which isn't every day anyway.

Hey hey hey! 250.0

Everyone is doing so well!

kailpea don't beat yourself up! Everyone has those days, sometimes in a row. You just gotta get right back at it and not let yourself totally derail.

I was getting really pissed at the scale not moving for so long. I think once I increased my cals (since I am working out way more than before) the scale un-stuck. I hope that's the case anyway It's hard to stick with it when you're stuck!

I'm pretty pumped to be in this thread (tomorrow?!)

3lbs and I will have lost 50
14 lbs and I will be halfway!

A few people have said they can tell I have lost weight!

I've been terrible all week! Havent gained any but a week of ZERO loss.

So my crappy eating moments are ooooover and tomorrow it's back to the calorie count grind and back to the gym! I guess maybe I needed a moment to freak out so I could re-commit, and hey, I didnt gain anything so win-win!

Youre all doing so well. I'll have some progress to report soon! I do notice when I stop checking the site I start slacking on my accountability. Sheesh! Just goes to show me how important support is. 230's here we all come!

Yay Silverfire! WOOOOOO! Hoping that the 240's will be better to both of us!

Charity, my entire week has been crappy too. and I am the same way, I have to check this site or I fall off the wagon!

246.6 today. Not bad, Still want to be back at 245 though. I have a feeling TOM is going to come and I am going to skyrocket again though right as I get back down there.

I did W3D1 of C25K today and I was very pleased with my progress! I managed to get 10,000 steps in before lunch and I am hoping I can get up to 15,000 before the end of the day!

Well I'm back up to 250.7 today after being below 250 for the weekend.

I'm still hanging out here anyway

Fitbit has caught on like wildfire here at work (we get free ones for signing up for a fitness coaching thingy) and I've started a work group. Some of them are taking it VERY seriously! I have some pretty stiff competition to keep my spot at the top of the work's leaderboard lol!

Training session today that I am really looking forward too!
