My weigh-in day was today and it was not good news. I weighed the same as I did last Monday, and was technically up one pound from my low this week, ack! So I am holding steady at 213½ lbs. Drinking a lot of water and hoping for a whoosh, or at least some movement in the right direction
TooWicky - same here, that's weird. Maybe a Halloween trick cause I had a treat? LOL. I was 205 on Saturday, and I'm 206.2 today, which is my official weigh day. That's only down .2 of a pound from last week. I'm staging a protest and refusing to move my ticker back up LOL.
I don't use my official weigh in til tomorrow but this morning I weighed at 213.6. This puts my halfway to my goal! I am hoping to get to onderland by new years eve when Dh and me go to the annual club Party but we will see.
Llilith, how odd, lol, ugh plateaus blow! So does moving the ticker back up, that's like the worst. Hope you have seen some movement in the right direction since you last posted.
211½ lbs today So relieved after my unfortunate plateau of 213½ lbs at my weekly weigh-in. That's two more lbs. down, and is also a brand new low for me Hoping it holds 'til my weigh-in day Monday.
whew, great official weigh-in day this morning... 3 lbs down from last week, which is a big loss for me. I'm at 210½ lbs. Still going for this challenge
I want to wish everyone lots of luck on your goals! There is no way I will make it to onederland, my goal is to get back to my lowest weight loss which was 242.
Road trip in late October = 2 pound gain. It took me a week to lose those 2 pounds and get back to my pre-road trip weight and and then another 2 pounds down this week. I'm at 217 now. I usually lose 2 pounds per week so it will be TIGHT to make this challenge, but I'll keep trying!
Hey Llilith! That's such a shame about your plateau when you're soo close! Do you think it could be because you're so busy with work? I've been reading how stress is one of the biggest enemies of weight loss, and also lack of sleep - it's all connected.
Road trips are soo hard Frances! Road trips are a nightmare if you're trying to eat healthy but I'm sure you'll go back to your normal losses once you get back into a normal routine!
I saw this today actually, if any of you are gonna make a road trip in the future, I think the advice could be good for how to make the most of the lack of choice while you're on the road - http://www.phentermine.com/blog/take...oad-literally/
Good luck both of you!!

Hi SmallSteps and good luck to you, as well. We can do this, one pound at a time
Mid-week check-in here, and I'm happy to report I have inched down to 209 lbs! I joined this challenge on a lark, but I'm so happy I did. It's keeping me motivated.
That's so true about road trips...and I have another one coming up in 2 weeks. This time I'm planning ahead and being more intentional about food choices. Fingers crossed that I'll still have a loss that week, even a little one!
