And thanks HelloNurse, yeah my little girl's fine now - she was very eager to get back to kindergarten yesterday and see all her friends which was also a great relief that she really likes it that much - at first she didn't want to leave mommy but now she's already grown into an independent little girl!

Everyone is doing so great - and working so hard for this! We rock :-)

Today is my weigh day, and I lost 1.2 pounds this week - I'm 213.2 now. My loss has really slowed but I'll celebrate any downward move. :-) I still think I'll be good to get this by Christmas. Heck maybe I'll go sit on Santa's lap at the mall haha.

For me struggling here. I keep bouncing up and down between 222.7 and 224. Today at 222.9 .

Sounds like a fluid retention issue to me. Have you tried lemon water? That usually helps me get rid of excess fluid, especially right around shark week.

No haven't tried lemon water but when I get to the store tomorrow will pick up some lemons. Do you just put lemons in your water bottle?

Haven't checked in here lately...today I weighed in at 226.2, which is up a little from a few days ago (225.8) thanks to a few rum & diets Still thinking I can make it by 12/31

I squeeze the juice into a big bottle or glass of ice water, then I throw the rest of the lemon in there to sort of "infuse" over the rest of the day. It's very refreshing. I love lemons, so I can use up to a half lemon per glass of water. Really all you need is a wedge though. Lemon juice is a natural diuretic. It's also said to help cellulite, but I haven't seen a difference there.

For extra tasty pleasures, use a good bubbly water like Perrier even plain club soda, or diet tonic water. The quinine in tonic water is a natural antidepressant, so the mixture will make you feel so good and healthy all day.

Just checking in...down a pound this week. I'm bloated PLUS have am really sore from a hard workout yesterday so I'm very pleased to have a loss...plus next week will hopefully be really great!

Love reading these updates; everyone is doing so well!!

Stopping by with my mid-week check-in... and I'm down one more pound to 217 since I last posted here. I feel like I'm really having to fight for every pound now which kind of blows, ugh, but the good news is, I'm fighting!
