Milk has too much sugar in it. And there are so much better fats than milk fat that I'd rather be putting in my body (like Omega-3s). I use it for my morning shakes, and it's skim.
Calcium is mucho important tho. Luckily, my morning shake contains 93% of my daily allowance but I also eat all sorts of natural calcium sources like green leafys and calcium rich veggies (kale, collard greens, turnip greens, mustard greens, Chinese cabbage, chicory and bok choy. Broccoli, chard and acorn squash) which give me more.
