I have returned from my journey of learning and made many discoveries about myself.
Alcohol chocolate, cake and dairy are all bad for me. Coffee is bad for me and wheat causes bloating and tiredness (hence the coffee habit) So ive taken these out also i jog 3x per week. I graduated the c25k and now do a 5k every saturday.
Do i recommend everyone does this? NO. I experimented with things to see what affects me. This time last year i was 329lb Thursday i weighed in at 254.5
This year im hoping to drop to 220ish by june. And 210 by october Bbq season and all that.
