May 4, 2011 At my Endo appointment, the Dr. tells me to work on maintenance. My maintenance range is 145-150.

I don't weight daily but like to keep track of my progess through the month. I am not sure 10lbs is realistic but its out there. I would love to get out of the 220 this month.
