Thanks rebelle, I will keep in touch. I haven't seen a thread for the 240's so I I am going to make one for getting out of the 230'shospital and 240's, it is nice to be able to keep coming to the same thread for a longer amount of time. I wish you the best, you can do it!

Hello All!!

Well I am starting over (again and hopefully for the last time!). I am currently 267.5 and hope that it will be the last time I see that number!! I cant wait to see a 24_ on the scale!! Lets do this!

Congrats to the recent graduates of this thread! I'm looking forward to my graduation day too! LOL! I just got back from a mini-vacation for the weekend in Chicago so I definitely won't be weighing for a while lol. Let's have a great week ladies!

I DEFINITELY had water weight lol! As a matter of fact it's not all gone yet. I can always tell because my legs will dent in when I press them. It usually takes me 3 to 4 days to get rid of it all. I think I'm going to be staying away from splurge days for a while!

I did terrible last week but this week am back on track and working to get the 5 pounds I gained last week off. It's amazing now one week of doing terrible can set me back. Perseverance will get me to kmy goals, not excuses!

JMfan, you are two seconds away from leaving this thread and down to the 240's! I know you will kick it in gear and turn it around! By the way, I'm in Metro Detroit too!
