UUGGG.. I may have kicked my self up to the 270's!!!
yes.. one bad week.. or even a few days of feeling sorry for myself and over eating after being robbed on friday (yes..the 13th) Break and enter to our apt. actually more of just enter (the door had been left open by mistake.. teenagers!) Well., we will see - today after a workout I had a healthy breakfast and have planned the rest of the food for the day. We will see at weigh in.

OMG! I am so sorry to hear that!! And what a crazy thing that it happened on Friday the 13th! Well I'd say you recovered pretty quickly. You are back to exercising and eating healthy so KUDOS for that!

Hi, I'm new to this thread - just recently made it out of the 260s and saw 257 this morning! I am really excited to reach the 240s because I haven't been there for years. I've made several weight loss attempts over the past four years and none got me below 255, but this time I can tell it's going to be different!

I may be in this thread for a while, though, I'm losing weight pretty slowly compared to some of you. It took me about three months to get out of the 260s. But I'm okay with this!

Thanks rebelle, things are going great as far as my health and fitness. I'm still moving along. I'm doing Insanity and it's killing me LOL! Six days a week is tough to keep up with, but I do feel my strength and endurance changing for the better. TOM is actually on the way for me and it really affects my energy so hopefully I can keep it going!

Doing great on eating, water, and exercise. How is everyone?

Down 3.4 pounds this week. Yay! I REALLY hope to kick the 260's to the curb next week!

Happy to see another pd go butwanted it to be more after 3 pd loss 2 wks in row. This weeks, calories-exercise water the same as last couple weeks. OH well, might take longer to get to 50's than I thought.

Angie: Great Going on your health and fitness, like the attitude, need to adopt some of yours.

Georgia: Yeah!! 3.4 pds down! paint me green and show me the way.

Tif: Congrats !! can't wait to see you there.

Essa: Welcome! I restarted at 279 a month ago today, am down 17 pds. to 262 today. We can do this together.

HealthyMe - Congrats on the 3.4 pounds! That is totally awesome!

healthyginger - 17 pounds in a month is friggin-tabulous!! How did you do that? I need your secrets please! lol! It takes me 2 months to get results like that.

Today was a rest day for me BUT I spent it on my feet cooking in the kitchen for half the day (bleh). At least meals are done for the week. On to a new week!

Dancing all over the place I'm down 51lbs at 253lbs. If I'm super extra on plan I might make it to the 240s by next Monday but it would have to be a 3+ pound loss.

Congrat's to all the awsome losers and congrat's to those of us sticking with it.. even if we are wobbly!

Stressors can really throw of the wagon.. so writing about it here helps. Every small good choice really does add up in the long run. I may not have lost weight this week at weigh in (will know on Wed) but I still have made so many better choices now.. than before. From the basics like getting healthy groceries.. so when I am hungry for snacks their are good options.. to sharing that free piece of cake with friends rather than eating it all myself.

Keep cool everyone.. I am planning a trip to VEGAS and just checked the temp there today 39C Wow.. that is over 100 F.

Gah. TOM started today. I REFUSE to let it hold me back though! I'll just have to exercise harder to make sure I have a loss this week! It's doable.

I'm still moving along myself. I have no idea how much I weigh right now because I've put the scale away until Day 100! In the past, I've been a very bad scale obsessor, so I'm trying something new. Hopefully I'll be down a category (or two lol) by then!

I took a peek at the scale this morning and it said 260.6, which is the smallest number I've seen all month!!!!! I am knocking on the door of the 250's!!!!!!
