OnaMi- Yeah, I love hooping. It's my passion in life. <3

Weight 267.8. Dog stole half my dinner. But my dinner was delish. Salad, 1/4 part of pork, and brown rice.

Crainjo Congrats on that pound!

Kukkie Have you moved the scale to a different room? It may be a time for a new one.

Ona Congrats on the .6!

Coondocks Great job on all of those steps! Ha Ha I swear I am a science project that has gone wrong!

Kyalpn Hi! It's good to see you.

Aka There you go!

Salley Hi Thank you. I am feeling better. I will keep up the Allegra for a few more days, though.

Daimere Hey, there's a great diet! Dog steals your food diet! What kind of dog do you have?

Bah humbug -- my excesses yesterday resulted in a 2lb gain today. Poop. Well today was pretty good...

Calories: 1169 (+coffee/tea)
Sodium 1,774.6mg
Carbohydrates 111.4g
Fiber 12.1g
Protein 65.8g

Diana -- I hope the reaction moves along quickly for you

Crainjo -- Good luck with your run on Saturday!

Kukkie -- I hope you got your new scale today...that one sounds like it needs to go.

Skippy -- great job so far!

Ona -- I do the same thing and get into a routine, and then a rut with some foods. Right now my favourite is little individually packaged sharp cheddar cheeses -- I'm crazy about them. In fact, I think I may have one now. before this it was those little triangle laughing cow cheeses, yum! Congrats on entering the juniors section!

Coondocks sounds like a lot of steps you're doing!

Kyalpn

Amanda

Salley

Daimere -- I should try that plan, share my dinner with my dog...he'll get fat and I'll get thin

This morning I was 202 (cannot remember exact number), which meant I got back off the 3 pounds that I gained back over Thanksgiving and lost 2 more. I think if I keep posting on here then maybe it will make me more accountable to do well everyday.

OnaMi-The junior's department?! daaang lady that's so cool. And yes, we will keep food in check!!!

kyalpn-keep coming back please! I always feel good when I give myself a break, but even better when I come back full force.

agoin1-definitely helps to have people looking out.

Angie-thaaank you, you've seen me since the beginning of my journey so it's cool you can finally see me hit ONEderland. it hasn't been THAT long, but
if only Rennie could see this!

Diana-You wonderful woman!!! I'm glad you could see me too

Daimere-Bad doggy! what was left sounded great

hey Salley-you're so close. I was stuck between 205-200 for a long time, and it's definitely a mental threshold. Just continue, and push through. Even give yourself time away for a bit if you need it.

Coondocks-you have so much going on all the time. a full and happy is life is what I picture when I read your stuff. you inspire me.

Skippy-What up? Welcome!!

Good Morning! TGIF! I am all about working for the weekend! Have a great one!

I had to get up a little earlier this morning. Need to get stuff done before I start my weekend! My calories were a little low for yesterday. It was too late before I realized this to eat any more. I am having an extra coffee this morning, so that will probably make up for it.

Calories for yesterday: 1310 +

Weigh In: 147.6

Down: .4

Scale is being nice today, back at 197.4. Not really sure how accurate that is. I totally agree with all of you, need new scale. But hubs got called into work for overtime today, so I have no car. New scale is on hold.

Rennie / Roxy - where are you ladies - thinking of you, hope all is well with both

Buck up a little today, but is to be expected, because I have been trying to fuel up for my run Saturday. Will probably eat pizza tonight and then have a very light breakfast tomorrow morning, as I can't run on a full stomach. Then back on track to get to 189 by January 1st.

Well double poop! I went to bed late and I forgot to take my water pill...so after a fabulous day, I'm up a pound! Ah well...there will be better days.

Amanda -- It is awesome to see you reach that milestone! Rennie will be really excited for you too when she returns -- and she almost always goes back and catches up on the posts she has missed. I'm so impressed with your running. I fell off the C25K wagon in week 5 and never got back on...I'm going to have to try it again.

Diana -- Sorry to hear you'll spend the weekend working Good job on your .4! I have my office xmas party tonight, then one at my dad's tomorrow and a restaurant celebration with Cameron's friends on Sunday. I'm going to do my best to keep my calories on track -- wish me luck. Do you guys have a company xmas party? I'm not sure if you have employees or if it's just you guys

What is everyone doing this weekend?

still no WI Im ok with that, i've had a lot of sodium this week but a lot LOT less sugar than is available. All kinds of christmas goodies coming out now. I can't get past this craving for a nanaimo bar though . . . . Im almost at the point where I don't want to give in to it just to prove a point, just don't know what that point is ha ha!!

Aka - Awww . . . . I blushed a little Took me a while to realise the things I have going on, although they are plentiful, they do make me happy and it's my choice to change the things that dont. I have to say CONGRATS on ONE-Derland . . . WOOT WOOT. 10k?? My goodness, i'm still trying to get through 5k, but lately i've had the urge to run . . . partially because Jack really loves it, not that he runs far - or fast - but its a good example to set I think.
This is the story i heard that flipped something in my head to remember the positive http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/100-...ffee-bean.html

Diana - I wouldn't say experiment gone wrong, just a unique one I still am in awe when I read how much you deal with on a day to day and how awesome you are doing, truly amazing!

Angie - at least the one up is only water and you're setting yourself up for a nice whoosh hee hee hee. Yup, I'm a total silver lining person today it seems ha ha.

crainjo - have you always been a runner or is this something fairly new in your lifestyle? Im trying to get past this mental block i seem to have of not being able to be a long distance runner but I've seen so many here do it and its inspiring.

Kukkie - I still say kick that scale in the bum! You're holding your own with all that's going on and that alone is a fantastic accomplishment, you better be proud!! I'll throw down with you if you're not

Ona - what is hooping? if its hula hoops I am jealous cause have absolutely NO co-ordination to do that, never have. I look so funny trying to do it! Thanks for the blessings for Gpa . . . another good day was had yesterday

Didn't make my 10gs yesterday, or at least not according to my pedometer watch . . . . but I forgot to turn it back on, whoops. I'll be making up the missing 1500 today just for good measure
Going to move the christmas tree off the treadmill (my dog has taken to peeing on it but he is old and its a tree, what can you do? ) bringing out the text book for exam on monday .. . . . . Im excited about it in a weird way. I've gotten into the break down of diet by regions, culture, religion and how it plays into afflictions and disease, fascinating.

Have a wonderful day all!! hopefully i'll be back before the luncheon, no risk of over eating thank fully - im not a fan of the place we are going other than the salads.

Go get'em tomorrow Crainjo,I know you'll do great

That's ok Angie, you're keeping track of everything and are doing great and really after all this time,it finally dawned on me that, that's one of the most important things..to not let things get out of control.I had my phase w/cheese i have a little more shopping to do this weekend and will try to rest some.

Wow Aka you're on to the 10k now I'm scared of you my knee has been bothering me from jogging on that cement track.I like to jog on the other side of town cause that track is made out of tar and feels so good but it's too far. I'm jogging on the grass around the track some now.Plus,it'll help if i rest it some hope you passed your test.

Have a great weekend Diana, great job on the .4

Great WI KuKKie,hope your scale is right

Hay Diamere

Stay focused, persistent and consistent Salley and that scale will move.

Have a great day everybody!!

Coon I have always been athletic, playd football, basketball and baseball in highschool, and would have probably played college football if I had not torn my shoulder up my senior year. But NO, I was never a runner other than short burst while playing those three sports. I started the C25K program back in March of this year, and got hooked I guess. So the half marathon this weekend will be a big accomplishment for me. I don't think I would have been able to lose this much weight in a year if I had not started running.
