Gale -- Ouch! Oh how I despise those water gains...

Roxy -- Sounds like some yummy food, sorry it brought a pound back with it!

Vixsin -- If you're reading this right now...go to bed!

Rennie -- The school photographer charges $1000 !!?? Holy cow that's expensive. You could hire your own pro and get a huge package for way less than that!

So my new motivation, or kick in the pants, was getting some pictures of my teenage self in a bathing suit. OMG I was so skinny...and I know I thought I was fat at the time. Sheesh. I think I was about 130-135lbs in these pics and I am super skinny and kinda hot. I know I can't be 16 again, but it's motivated me to work harder and get a bit closer to that. Plus, while i was thrilled to be at this weight a little while ago, I'm pretty sick of it now. I think if I don't see some good movement between now and the end of this month I'm going to have to go back to my original plan, phase 1 (the killer phase) to get things moving again.

Gale just read what Vixsin said about journaling. I would write my feelings in my journal some days also. It does help.

Ona good for you on the brownies.

Jami good for you on getting back on track after the camping trip And telling Gale to detox her house is exactly what I need to do. The cake is almost gone. We have a ton of potato rolls left over and I love them. I need to get rid of the chips that I like and the Oreos. Oh my goodness this house is full of junk!!!! BTW You're doing great!

Diana back down to 145

Sunshine welcome to Onederland

Ok I'm still on catch up mode. This is as far as I've gotten ...I'll finish up tomorrow. Good night

Kukkie great weigh in ... despite the food

FitGirly I absolutely love Firehouse Subs and their cherry limeade

Mandy Congrats on the new low

Gale TOM started for me this morning also. I was spotting off and on yesterday and I've been bloated for awhile now. I don't even want to think about what the scale will read in the morning. But I do know I've got to kick it up a notch to have some type of lost by the end of the month. My weekend was great

Hi Diana

Yeah Angie it's Prestige Portraits and even with their so called discounts you still don't get enough photos for the money. I know what you mean about those old photos. I showed the kids a picture of me before I had DD. I weighed 128 and boy did I look good. But you know I don't want to be that thin again I think 136-140 is low enough. If I ever get there

ok good night, I'm pooped

Rough weekend but I stayed OP. It was hard though with my boys back, I just wanted to be lazy and snack by the pool. I did good though I was still a bit high on my sodium. I'm in Utah this week for work so while I will be able to exercise (thank you Hyat for the sweet fitness center), I won't be able to WI. Yikes!! How will I ever survive without my daily WIs?!? I started daily WIs kicking and screaming and now the thought of being away from my Wii is terrifying. I won't be able to WI until Friday so here's hoping! TOM is also due this weekend so I'm also hoping I don't let that mess me up too much.

Vixin -- You're Friday sounded amazing! So many amazing deals! Good for you! Oh yea and one final message: You're getting sleepy...very sleepy...

Starbrite -- You have such a great attitude about this! And yes, Ms. Ona is right, keep fighting! Yay on being down 1.6 Sat and happy belated birthday to your DS! Holy cow and another 2.2 on Sunday?!?! You are rockin' it! Obviously whatever was going on is working itself out now. Whew!

Roxy -- Wow! That workout you had last Friday sounds horrible! Not that we like getting people in trouble but some constructive feedback for that instructor might be a good idea...before people start getting really hurt. Unfortunately, I don't have any suggestions on your carb intake but do want to wish you the best of luck figuring out the right balance. Your dinner Sunday sounded wonderful and well worth the 1 lb!

Angie -- Man oh man! Anything with butter in the title MUST be good! Good job on the .4 from Saturday! And another .8 on Sunday! YAHOO!!

Mandy -- I LOVE the new wedding picture! You're so lovely. Congrats on finding that new low! And good luck at the podiatrist! I really hope they figure out what's going on!

Diana -- Woo hoo on the big loss Saturday! Boo on the 100 degree weather!

Kukkie -- Yay on being down 1.9 and then another unbelieve 1.8 loss on Sunday! Sounds like the water is working! Chug, chug, chug!

OnaMi -- Yay on being down .4 Sat! You're a runnin' fool! WTG!! Man does that Melon Slush sound delish! I wish I would have logged in earlier because I ate cantelope all day Sunday at my mom's house. I CANNOT wait to try that recipe!

reptogirl -- Welcome back!!

Roxie -- Yes! Being down is being down...no matter how big or small.

Gale -- So jealous of your garage sale day...I'm so jealous. Bummer about the negative pregnancy tests and late TOM to boot. BAD TOM BTW! What nerve! But BIG CONGRATULATIONS to you for you OP weekend! You are my HERO!

Veronica -- Keep it up. Sounds like you know what to do...you just gotta do it.

Sunshine -- ONEderland! YAY!!

Rennie -- Yes, I would say my weekend was OP. I didn't exercise...couldn't bear to drag myself away from my boys. I got up to leave a few times Saturday morning but I just knew I would miss my 3 year old waking up and crawling into bed with me. After him being gone 2 weeks, I just couldn't miss that! BTW - whatcha readin'? I finished The Girl Who Played With Fire this afternoon. LOVED IT!

Good Morning, Everyone!

I've made another appointment with the allergist. The appointment is next week. We'll see what happens this time. I think my biggest problem last week was my allergic reaction, not TTOM or the Japanese restaurant.

Calories for yesterday: 1440 +

Weigh In: 145.4

Down: .4

We had our client hosting golf tournament yesterday and I was on my feet running around for 12 hours, I figured I'd be down today, except that I barely had any water yesterday - who does that, especially in the sun? Oy, up slightly 0.6 to 203.4. Working from home today because I'm too tired to go into the office, so at least I'll be able to chug away from here.

Oy. My rings are so tight today that they're leaving marks on my skin! I was OP yesterday and exercised for the first time in almost 2 weeks. I also went to Sonic with a friend after volleyball and instead of getting a cherry limeade, I got a water (which was what I really needed.) I also killed the battery on my car and had to call a friend for a jump at 10:45pm... epic. Drain the battery by listening to the radio... you'd think that, at 27 years old, I'd know better.

I hope everyone has a marvelous day today!!

I'm the only one I know that can go a week back on the bandwagon, with calories under 1600, carbs under 100 and still gain 2.2 lbs.

268.8 today. jiminy crickets! where did that come from?! I could see if I had a super salty day, but it wasn't. Oh well, let's see what my body does this week.

Oh and you all can refer to me by Shylah, I know the Roxy / Roxie thing can get confusing lol!

I'm gonna try to get up and go to the Y tomorrow and at least walk on the treadmill. I have been putting in a lot of extra hours at work and my neck and back are out so I'm in a lot of pain. I can barely move my head.

Hey everyone!

I'm down .8 today to 213...slowly making my way back to my low. I am working at home today, so after I dropped Cam at school I took a quick 2k walk on my way home. Eating is clean and on plan I'm ready to kick (fat) butt and take names.

Jami -- If I'm desperate for a weigh in while I'm traveling, and I mean really desperate, I'll go to the closest Walmart or department store and use one of their scales. Sometimes the fitness centers in hotels have them too. The butter chicken was awesome but I used ICBINB...even so it was only 4 tablespoons for the whole recipe which was about 6 servings.

Diana -- Do you have a list of suspects ready for your appt with the allergist? Who/what is on your list? Congrats on your .4 today

KUkkie -- Good girl, lots of water and you'll soon see the benefits of your golfing day. How did your interview go?

Hi Gale

Hi Ona

Shylah -- Hey, I've done that too. Normally it is sodium related for me as well. Do you log your food somewhere that counts your sodium? Sometimes it's hidden in things you'd never suspect...ie/ cheerios!

Kris -- Hope you decide to go to the gym and work those kinks out. Someone tipped me off recently to a whole bunch of great yoga/Pilates and other workouts on you-tube...all free and ready when you are. I did one last night that focused on relieving tension in the shoulders, neck and upper back. Good stuff.

I do Angie. I'm sure it was probably sausage from last night. Even with my sausage I didn't go over 2k in sodium. Which is a nice change from my 4k sodium days.

It has been a 2 day trend in gaining. 266.2 on sunday, 268.8 on tuesday. no fun!

Hopefully it flushes out soon.

Diana - do you think you have more besides the mustard family?

Angie - Nice job on the walk. I really wish I had the option from working from home. Life would be so much simpler for me at least.

Gale - draining the battery is no fun, but kind of comical. At least you were enjoying your time with your friend

I'm exhausted today and am trudging through work, so gonna get back to it. Have a great day !
