Default I am Back....

with a vengence!!

LOL
Well...Happy New Year everyone!!
I am ashamed to say my weight is up....(gained back the 10 lbs previously lost) That's ok! I am not about to let it get me down.

So I have the LoseIt! and IFitness apps for my I-Phone. These are great trackers and you can set LoseIt to update Facebook with progress.

Today started off great!!!
Wii Weigh In (ack!!!)
Breakfast: Oatmeal with 1/2c no fat evaporated milk
Wii Fit for 15min-then my 3y/o took over
Snack: Pappadum
Lunch: Autumn Veggie soup
3/4 sm chicken breast (grilled)
1/4 grilled pepper
2Tbsp pureed avacado
3/4 ww tortilla (small)
1/4c non-fat cottage cheese
3 strawberries
glass water

Plan this aft is to do the Wii Active (I started but you need 20min straight and my son was wanting it lol)

So my short term (3 month) goal is to lose about 25-30lbs
In Aprilish we are going to start trying for kid #2 so I hope to lose some of this weight (I gained about 90lbs for my son and didn't lose much of anything)

Glad you're back with not too much damage.

Keep working and FOCUSING on those behaviors. Get those behaviors down pat. Nail down your plan. Tweak it, customize it, get some tools and strategies and coping devices in place. You do that and the scale (your body) will cooperate. There's no way that you can't not lose.

I'm making a plan & working that plan. I have direction & discipline! Who knew it was possible?

Welcome back!
Don't let the 10lb gain get you down... it's just a minor glitch! You will lose that 10lb in no time. Just stay positive, yeah? :]
Good luck and Happy New Year!
