I'm weighing in this morning at 195, but only giving myself 196 since I put in three miles last night in the extreme heat and I'm sure a pound is water weight. I've learned to allow a pound for that on Sunday so I'm not depressed next week if I exercise Sunday morning instead of Sunday night. Three pounds is great for me, especially after a weekend at the lake!

Congrats on the weight losses!! I will weigh in later when I go to Curves and I'm hoping for some sort of drop since I weighed in on Friday.

I have a question about the trackers we all have. Do we have to make a new one whenever we want to enter a weight loss? I either missed that part that tells me what to do or we do need to make a new one every time.

go to user CP and then edit signature. You can change the weights there. took me a while to find it, too! I even added an avatar this week. pretty amazing stuff!

Thank you Dana so much!!! What amazes me is just how happy I am. I can't begin to tell you how miserable I was from all my excess weight. I feel sooooo good now. So full of energy. So very - vital and alive. I LOVE it. There is nothing I can possibly say to you that can make you know just how much joy I am getting from this new life. I really feel as if I've been totally and completely reborn. I am without a doubt a different person. Everything - the good, the bad and the ugly is just all so much better. I had no clue that it would be this wonderful. No clue at all. How I wish somehow I could get it across to people just how very worth it, it is.

I'm down 1 pound this week, which I'm rather happy about, since last week it was the fourth of July, my birthday, and TOM. Plus I've broken into a new decade, and I'm sure next week I'll hit twenty pounds. Which is like...a lot. Or at least substantial weight loss. I'm pretty happy about it.

Wow. It's just so weird seeing that 219 there. I can't imagine what it will be like when I see that 199 there. And that 199 doesn't seem so far away now.
