I'm staying on plan today because I don't want it to take another 8 weeks to loose another 5 pounds. That is what it took for the last 5 and I'm getting too close to onederland, I want to get to onederland by the end of this month.

I'm so glad to see this thread! I'm losing focus and have been sliding back into my unconscious habits.

The reason I am staying on plan today is because I want to keep losing and feeling better health and energy wise. I want to feel good about myself and my efforts in losing weight. I am staying on plan today because I'm worth it. I deserve a quality life and good health.

We're having cake in the office this afternoon and I am staying on plan (away from the cake) because they are empty calories and the cake will not make my life better. That goes for the candy jar as well. Instead, I will go for a walk and enjoy the sunny, breezy day.

My one reason for staying on plan Tuesday is because I have around 90 days before I see my Mum and I want to lose several more inches (since my scale is barely moving - but I seem to be losing inches) before I see her....

I'm staying on plan today because I don't want to be overweight any more. I worked my tail off, literally, to move from obese to overweight on the BMI scale. I want that overweight category to be gone, and gone for good. I want to be normal.

The ONE reason I am staying on plan today is I have so much energy now it amazes me. And I want that to continue. I'm like the energizer bunny. I just keep on going and going and going. The amount of things I can get done in a day now is just amazing. I used to have no energy and would get so little accomplished. Now the sky's the limit in what I can do in any single day.

I'm staying on plan today because I didn't lose anything this past week. I thought I wouldn't, because my plan was all screwed up due to the 10k, but I want to stay on track this week and get back to seeing losses.

My reason for staying OP today is that I just hit the 1/2 way mark to my goal!! (although I may adjust downwards as I go....but for now...YAY!)

I'm OP today because summer is pretty much here (it's 76° F today already) and it gets brutal during July and August (it can get up to a 100° F!), I really don't want to roast in my long sleeved shirts and jeans that I wear to hide my body.

Also, I noticed a 0.5 lb loss from last night so that's pretty motivating, too.

Okay - for Wednesday - my reason for staying on plan is because I want/need/demand to be a happier, healthier ME.
