I'm on plan today because this is such a personal journey. I have to do it myself, for myself. No one can do it for me except me! So I'm on plan, because it is the absolute best think I can do for ME today!
I read her book, and enjoyed it immensely. It's hard to read what's happened to her since, but a good lesson on what can happen if we get complacent or forget to change our thinking while we change our bodies.

I am staying on plan today because I am determined, incredibly determined to get the rest of my weight off and KEEP IT OFF for life. I will take those bumps in the road and deal with it. If I veer off slightly, I veer off slightly. That is what a normal, healthy person would do. I want to be that normal healthy person, who has their weight under control. Who doesn't let a day of not so great eating get to them. Who is always within 5 lbs of their optimal weight.

I'm staying OP today because I had a bad w/e....I think I can still post a loss for my weigh in tomorrow but I need to drink tons of water and get some major exercise in!!
I'm on plan today because I grabbed my jeans straight from the dryer this morning and they were LOOSE when I put them on.....remember not wanting to dry the jeans in the dryer because they always "shrunk" in there? I want this momentum to continue!!!
I'm staying on plan today because I'm feeling so much better than before. Not a lot of weight is gone, but I can feel the momentum swinging my way. Been walking a lot and I feel so much better now. The weight coming off will be great, but just feeling better and having my jeans fit better has been worth the time, so far!!
I am staying on plan today because though I will never, ever give up the 100lb club, I can't wait to be a regular at the "Maintainer's Forum". How cool will that be?
