I've just gone through the YOAD book and I think this may be THE plan for me to be successful on. Just wondering if anyone has the "Cooking the RealAge" cookbook. If so, what do you think of it? Recipes easy to follow and put together??
DB....I do not have the cook book. It is surprising since I usually collect them but I don't have this one. The recipes in the You On A Diet are really good.
I did buy the cookbook and didnt like it...love the program and the You book though. I found it hard to follow. It broke recipes down by seasons and what is available that time of year. It wasnt the usual format of appetizers, lunches, main meals etc...that Im used to. I would suggest looking at a copy from your library if you can..or check it out at a bookstore first...
