Hi everyone!! I've been crazy busy with teaching and after-school things, but I've stayed on track with my eating and exercise! I just did a 45 minute walk/jog (with four 5-minute intervals of jogging), so I'm kind of worn out right now! I'm slowly building up my jogging time. Next year at this time I want to be able to run with my husband!!
There's a box of Krispy Kreme donuts in my kitchen right now (my husband is EVIL for bringing them in this house...) but I'm doing a pretty good job of ignoring them...
I'm gonna make a November thread for us! See you there!
