Hi everyone!! I've been crazy busy with teaching and after-school things, but I've stayed on track with my eating and exercise! I just did a 45 minute walk/jog (with four 5-minute intervals of jogging), so I'm kind of worn out right now! I'm slowly building up my jogging time. Next year at this time I want to be able to run with my husband!!

There's a box of Krispy Kreme donuts in my kitchen right now (my husband is EVIL for bringing them in this house...) but I'm doing a pretty good job of ignoring them...

I'm gonna make a November thread for us! See you there!

Marking my spot again. We just got back in town from doing some service calls. I have pigged out along the way.

I am so sick of this. Tomorrow I am sitting down and getting some menus together and then get an exercise schedule together and work on this until I'm where I want to be. I feel so fat and bloated today and it is just an awful feeling...esp. knowing I did it to myself.

Doing good so far today. I haven't been snacking or anything and have been keeping busy. I have a serious case of the cranks though. I'm TOM and hubby makes this big production about getting stuff done today and my oldest daugher and I are working our butts off and he sits in front of the computer and goes through paper. I know I shouldn't be mad but I am. My back is killing me and I'm doing all the "fun" stuff. I don't want to be cleaning all Sunday. Not my idea of a good day.

Okay...done complaining I think.

Good luck to everyone today. Let's go for an on track day and shine like we know we can.
