christinemarie - try going to dietfacts.com they have alot of restaurants on there and you can find the sandwich you had and calculate the points.

Back When I had the money - I always went to Subway !!! YUM

I used to get the 6 grams of Fat or less 6 inch or 12 depending on how many point I wanted to spend

No Mayo - and I LOVE LOVE LOVE MAYO - and No Cheese - I find their cheese is pretty tasteless - so It wasnt even missed -

Mustard only 0 pts
all the veggies I wanted -
Vinegar /Oil

total 6pts for a 6 inch
and for the 12 inch I wouldnt add the oil so it would only be 10 pts

YUM !!!!!

There are ALOT of Very Healthy Choices there !!!!

Hey all,
Can I join your group? I am struggling to lose the last 50 of my pregnancy pounds, the sad thing is my son is over a year old. I have pancreatitus and am on a 35 fat and 1400 calories diet per the dr. I would love to just do www at home as to pay for meetings and a babysitter would be 25$ a week, I am unemployed so there you go.

hi everyone... i too have rejoined the ww ranks online this time.. i did good b4 a few years back i lost 25 and kept it off.. then i rejoined and lost another 12 but regained about 7 of that.. so i joined again at 240 and have gotten down to 230.5 but tom here so i was up last wed to 233 hoping the scales read 229 by wed or thurs!!! this time around the weight seems more stubborn.. guess my body is sooo used to me doing low fat and low salt and it takes longer to lose even a pound!

my points are 28 and i exercise to watp videos 3 x a week... i just hit my forties so my metao is super slow!

my goal is to keep 100% on plan this week, and limit my sugary treats... at least 8 glasses a day of H2O, and tell myself one positive thing each day...
today~ I feel beautiful therefore I am beautiful !

See you around..Kim

Starting Over Also

Hi! I too, lost around 30 lbs with WW's at Home but I've gained around 15 or so of it back. Starting over again officially as of yesterday! I totally know what you are going through. I too, have my good days and my bad ones! I like to eat out of boredom, depression and the fact that I just love food! All in all, I found that WW's is the plan that's always worked for me. This is my 3rd time but first time without attending the meetings and so forth. I'd love to join the group if you'll have me! I think the hardest part for me is the hours I work. I work from 3pm to 11:30pm so my mornings generally start around 10 am and I don't usually hit the sack until around 2 am. The hardest times for me are after 7 pm at work where I have the craving to snack, snack, snack!!

I am starting over again too. Been around this site for some years now. Finally no more babies, so it is time to get serious!
