Sounds great to me! Should we have Monday weigh-ins?
I did okay today....I had a cheese quesadilla for breakfast (3 pts), a Lien Cuisine for lunch, fruit and a fudge pop for a snack....but...for dinner I ate a Subway sub and a bag of baked chips...I am not too sure that was the greatest choice but I guess it could've been worse. |
Last night I ended up having frozen pancakes for dinner. I had 5 points left last night too. Today I'm off to a good start. I had a 2 point english muffin with spray butter and a can of pinapple chunks. 1 bottle of water down.

Ya Know Last night I started getting down on myself because of eatting the pizza - we cut it into square pieces like they do in Chicago - and I ate 4 1/2 squares - I started to get negative - and say after all the crap I was talking on the messageboard here I go and over indulge - and make myself feel bad -
But ya Know what I decided to turn it around Reasons 1. Even with the Pizza I still ate better then I have been 2. I could have easily eatten more but didnt 3. I wanted to have a kit Kat last night - But didnt 4. I wanted to have Ice Cream Last Night But didnt 5. I ate so good during the day I had 16 Points left for Dinner 6. I can use Bonus Points 7. I made Some GOOD Choices - in spite of maybe not eatting the healthies dinner - & I enjoyed myself ....... SO I feel good about all that !!!!!!!! I am a little confused about how many Points the Pizza should be though It was cheese & Sausage Pizza - Thin Crust - 4 1/2 Squares ???? Any Ideas ???? I wanna be as accurate as possible so I dont screw up my Points for the rest of the week ....... I get off work early today - so so so it may be harder to be good. But I am Determined !!!! The pot roast I was gonna turn into tacos - I decided to turn into sandwich's for my Husbands lunch this week !!! So Tonight I am making us a pretty healthy Dinner I am gonna make the chicken breasts in Fat Free cream of mushroom & Garlic soup - with Broccoli - for him I'll serve it over Mashpotatos and me over More Broccoli - I'll serve a side of Brussel Spouts . . . So that should be a fairly safe dinner ! ! ! And SOOOO Yummy I have had 2 cups of coffee so far - my husband made my way to work cup and put real sugar in it - so I am counting my total coffee consumption as 4 points and I had a nibble of roast beef as I was making his lunch so another point - already at 5 pts !!!!! ERRRRRRRRRRR I also brought a salad for lunch with carrots (1pt) and Kidney Beans (1pt) And I will use Salsa as salad dressing - Plus I will have a 2 pt oatmeal for breakfast - So I will have consumed 9 pts before going home !!!!! I will have a cuccumber cut up with Lemon and salt and cayenne pepper for a snack !!!!! |

I made the WW taco soup last night.It was really good.It was a hit with everyone.Very filling! Hey pmoswife, you did great! I would count the pizza like Imos pizza,they cut theirs in squares too. I am doing the wendie plan. Let me tell you yesterday I had 29 points and it was ALOT.I barely got them all in.I gotta feeling I am going to have it rough on the SHD's. Anyways today, I have had 2 cups raisin bran,1 banana,1c skim milk for breakfast and my snack I just had popcorn,Lunch will be a sandwich with 2 c watermelon, yogurt for my afternoon snack. Dinner will probally be a large salad and my evening snack will be either 2 c watermelon or WW ice cream sandwich, depending on how hungry I am. I have though of a few names. WWLosersClub, LosersRus, WWlosers~I am not to creative lol sorry tues or wed weigh in is good for me, my SHD is going to be fridays .I do ALOT of work them days so it will be nice to have the extra fuel! Ladies I have a salad I would like you all to look at and tell me how many points it would be per cup: 1 container lowfat cottage cheese 1 sf cherry jello 1 8oz tibit pineapple 4 bananas 1 container FF cool whip Mix cottage cheese and jello Stir in pineaplle and bananas Fold in cool whip Add chopped pecans on top if you want for garnish Ok, what do you all theink??? 1 or 2 pts?? or maybe 3? |

Can I join you here for the encouragement and motivation? I'm a repeat offender.....have joined WW so many times that I've joined under different names and gone to other locations to avoid the embarrassment of rejoining. I swore that I've spent my last penny on going to meetings and my husband has offerred me some reward $ as I achieve different goals. I'm one of those few girls who is blessed with a husband who has never made me feel fat.....he just knows how unhappy I am and wants me to be able to finally put this demon to rest. My usual problem is that I go from one diet to another...when counting points gets tedious I revert to binging on the bacon and eggs with atkins....you get the picture. Long story short....I'm sticking to WW...I know it works if I do the work...so here goes. starting weight 235......first goal is 230 |
YAY Welcome Elizabeth - I am the same - Joined so many times - it is emabarassing and the thing is - I KNOW IT WORKS - just got to stick with it.

This is my first time looking at this website, and all the forums are overwhelming! I was reading this thread, and I can relate! I just started doing WW at home (want to save the money), but I loved the support of the meetings, and the encouragement as well. I was on WW after my first baby was born, and became lifetime, but as soon as I found out I was pregnant, I pretty much ate whatever I wanted, and haven't been able to get rid of it. So here I am again, glad to meet you all! |

I can soooo relate to you Elizabeth...I am the same way switching from WW to South Beach to Atkins...to Cabbage Soup diet...Physicians Weight Loss...I have joined WW 4 times, do really well and fall off and am so ashamed of myself I quit. I hope that with the support of each other...let me scratch that...I KNOW with the support of each other we can ALL do it! I have been doing really well but for the past two nights I have eaten at Subway. I know I could've done worse but it is so much easier to be precise with my points eating at home. I am afraid of hidden points and going over my limit. Hope I didn't screw up too bad. I did really bad on my water today also.:(

Thats so my same story!!! I think well I am going to start ww today, but what If I would lose more or faster with different plans!!! It's CRAZY! Well I had a good day. LOL! AND I had Taco Bell for dinner! Soft Taco-5 pts and a double decker taco-6 pts! And I have 3 pts left today! I only got 60ozs of water down today. I need to get one more down tonight before bed.
Welcome to the group all the new girls!!! WE CAN DO IT!!! I was reading the last few posts and I have done the same thing. On and off WW like 4 times. I was in TOPS. Nuts! I have to do this!!! I can do Tuesday or wednesday for weigh in day. My SHD is Sunday so I dont want it on Monday. M |

I don't care when the weigh-in is but we better get moving because in my crazy head I'm thinkin' we haven't started yet soooo....... Actually, I've been documenting what I've been eating. I've been staying within my point range and even allowing points for that trip to Rita's for a gelato but when I get home and it's a few hours before bed i screw up.....in the am, rip out the pages in my food diary and start over.......have been doing this for years, want to stop.
OK, so any day is fine with me. I'd like for us to document our food too since you can get some good ideas from other people......like that fat free cream of mushroom and garlic soup with chicken served over broccoli.....I'm going to make that tonight. OK, so we can do it........ Michele, Angie, Joanne, Amy, Angelica1674 and christinemarie73 and anyone I missed.......we're in this together and we're gonna do it....no ifs ands or buts. |
Off to a good start this morning. Work has been a bit hectic. We've got some nasty stroms blowing through here.
This morning I had an english muffin with spray butter and some canned pears. My tummy is growling already though:( For Lunch its a WW meal turkey and potatoes and the rest of the watermelon I had at home. I've got 20oz of water down today so far. I'm starving!.....I picked up some vitamins last night. One a Day and they are Weight smart. Says they help boost your metabolism.... So my question do you take vitamins in the morning or at bed time? Does it matter? We Can do it!!!!:carrot: |
