Default trying again

I've been using WW for years on and off. I've started again 7 months ago after the birth of my son. I've lost almost 40 pounds but I just can't seem to stay on track. I feel like I'm falling behind. I need help getting the momentum I had 7 months ago . I'm so frustrated!

it's hard staying motivated when you're doing ww@home (or any weight loss program, for that matter).

Look at what you've already accomplished! you've lost a lot of weight! Congrats & kudos to you!

as far as trying to get that momentum back maybe try setting a 'mini-goal'. like by valentines day i will have lost x pounds, by st. patricks day i will have lost x pounds or try in february i will exercise x amount of minutes. something to get moving again!
