Week two back on program. Weight = 152.5. I am very happy to be back. I need to add in a bit more exercise. Today I am walking to my son's soccer game. It is 2 miles away. Right now I am only walking around the parking lot at my work a couple of times a day. I am thinking of taking the bus to work. It would save me gas money and would be a total of 3 miles walked to get back and forth to the bus stop. I just hate to wake up an hour earlier. I will try it two days next week.
