Question Flex Points Question

Hi everyone, I have a question about the 35 weekly flexpoints. How do you all use them, and DO you use them or try not to?
This week I have 19 leftover points. I have just been using them little by little if I have used more than my daily points. I am not going to try to use them all today, obviously.
I was just wondering how you all use them, or if you opt not to use them at all.

I use them for the cream in my coffee and for those times I really want something and I have the extra points for it. For ex...last week we went to Rochester to get some really really good BBQ! Cost me 49pts for the entire day, and I used up 21 of my 35. Not bad, and I still have enough for my cream

I'll use the extra pts for a chocolate treat once in a while, or when I want a whole egg, or butter on something. Stuff like that.

Right now I just use them for days when I really want something but I know it will put me over my daily points allowance, I try not to go over though. Starting tomorrow I'm going to start being really strict on myself during the week with my eating (little or no junk food and stick to daily points allowance) and then on the weekends (when I tend to eat more) Im going to allow myself 10 extra points per day to indulge if I want.

I've never used my flex points. I will use any banked points at the end of the week for a small treat.

I have been doing the Wendie Plan which automatically incorporates flex points into your daily points. it has been working well for me. I think i usually end up using about 25-30 points a week. I have been pretty regular in losing weight 1-2lbs per week. I think if you are hungry, you should use the flex points. If you aren't, then don't!

I usually use mine for special occasions, or if we eat at my mother-in-laws. I try to find something with no points or only a couple of points if I find I am really hungry at the end of the day, like during TOM.
