Default Does Anyone Alternate Their Points Allowance Daily?

I read on a website that what has worked for some people on Weight Watchers is to alternate how many points they get daily like low/high/low/very high/very low/med high/low or something like that...I have it written down somwhere...I was just wondering if anyone does this and do you find it has made a difference??

Also how many of you eat your AP's and Weekly Flex points, or do you try to avoid doing so?
