I just started WW online, and was entering my food intake today. I noticed at the bottom, you have to check off water, veggies, dairy, vitamin, but how much water is each glass worth???

Im still a little confused on the points. My points are 26 for the day. Yesterday was my first day and i went over by 2.5 but it didnt deduct from my 35. How do you deduct for those and how does your exercise points work as well?
If you go over your daily points, the system should automatically deduct the excess from your flex point totals. This has been working fine for me. However, if you earn and enter activity points, the system will deduct the excess points from that day's activity points before it uses any flex points.
