10 lbs is a huge and unusual loss for only 2 weeks! Your body is probably adjusting before it lets go of any more weight. 10 lbs in 4 weeks is an awesome loss; you're doing great! Don't be discouraged by the scale if it doesn't budge for a week or two. Your clothes fitting better is a more reliable sign. Congratulations on your loss so far, and here's to your continued success!
