I must confess, I had my doubts. How could I possibly eat whatever I want, all day, every day and still lose weight?
I read the booklets and it all sounded great, but anything sounds great when it makes you think you'll lose weight.
5 weeks later, I've lost weight for the first time in 5 years. It's only 8 pounds, but it's 8 pounds I wouldn't have lost otherwise!
At this point, I don't care if it takes me a year to reach my goal. I just know that eventually, I *will* reach it. Wow. That's quite a feeling.
