Default house cleaning...light or moderate?

I vaccumed,dusted,made beds,etc...how would you count the intensity?Sorry for the stupid questions,I just can't get the intensity of things figured out.I don't have access to the online material.

Intensity has more to do with how you feel during/afterwards.

Were you sweating? Breathing a lot heavier? Then moderate.

If it just felt like normal movement without much exertion then light!

Normal chores for me at my weight still give me a moderate, but for you they might be light!

Arrow What you should be feeling at each level of intensity

Personally, I only count intentional exercise ie. walking, biking, swimming etc.

In my booklet I got from a lady at work it says...

Light Intensity

    Moderate Intensity

      High Intensity
