I have found late at night a bag of popcorn is very filling for me. After many stores I found a microwave popcorn that has 0 points for the entire bag and it makes around 7 cups popped. I pop the popcorn then I spray it just a smidge with Parkay spray butter (0 pts) and then sprinkle it with a few packs of equal (0 points). This makes it a little sweet kinda like kettle corn. You could even add a little cinnamon for a slightly different flavor or use splenda if you don't like equal.

I have heard so many different discussions on how many points popcorn has from 1-4 points a bag. So when I found this kind I figured it up over and over different ways on my weight watchers calculator and on internet calculators and I keep coming up with 0 pts.

Act II 94% Fat Free Butter Microwave Popcorn
1 bag has 2 servings (amounts below are for 2 servings)
Calories---30
Fat---5
Fiber---10
Total Points---0

Hope this helps!

I will sometimes drink a glass of high fiber v-8 juice before going to bed. The high-fiber version is only 60 calories, 0g fat, and 5g fiber per 8-ounce serving making it 0 points for a serving.

Good ideas on this thread. I usually have some no fat yogurt with some frozen fruit on top. Only 2 points.

Carrots and more carrots. That's what worked for me in the past when doing WW at home. And now that I'm back on it, I'm stocking up again.
