Hi liscas. I'm recently back on plan too, and although we know what to do, its not going to help you if you don't follow along and journal. Journalling is a biggie for me, but I force myself to do it. I've also started to walk every day and for me this is new. I 'pretended' to be walking when I was paying for weekly classes and it was me who didn't show much of a weight loss. So now that my mind is made up......I'm out the door every morning before I make an excuse for not going. I hope this helps and good luck with your plan!!!
