  • Tracy, I'm with you. When I get home after work I'm ready to eat just about everything in sight. I do great during work, but have a real hard time when making supper. I'm trying to drink a cup of coffee (it's hot and usually fills you up) and if that doesn't do the trick, I grab some baby carrots and honey mustard. It can be tough some nights!
  • I also want to tear apart the kitchen when I get home from work at 4. What I have been doing and it is working. I eat pickels, or baby carrots and have a huge glass of water.. That usually satisfies me til supper. For everyone that gets night cravings.. I used to have that.. What I do is I brush my Teeth.. I brush them right after supper.. Then I usually get off my butt and go for a walk.. By the time I get back I just want to curl up on the couch and not worry about food.. I do find that brushing my teeth really helps..
  • I have the same prob! The snackaholic in me comes out at night...of course when I've been good ALL DAY! Grrr!

    The brushing your teeth thing really works! I must do that more often at night...lol...maybe like 3-4 times!
