Default Core plan???

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is anyone still doing the CORE plan as it used to be
(b4 momentum) with success? I did WW last year and got totally unfocused, so I am wanting to start again and really want to avoid the $ paid out to the meetings...I really hate counting daily points, except for the flex points...Just was hoping for some good advice...thanks and blessings in your journey...

I have not done the core plan but it looks pretty straight forward. At this point I could really follow either, I just like the flexibility of points because I do a lot of my own creative meals and some ingredients are not core.

I don't know how the momentum plan works and since I have not attended a meeting because of $$ I rely on information found on the internet to do just the points
