So I was a bit nervous about stepping on the scale this morning because I was off plan 3 days this week, not totally bad eating but not good either. I stayed on plan yesterday though and got my exercise in, found the best work out dvd ever: Dirty Dancing Official Dance Workout. It was fun and had me sweating bullets. Don't think I'll ever be able to do it like Patrick Swayze though haha. I think this will be good to get my exercise in because I actually like it. Anyways, when I stepped on the scale I couldnt believe it, down 3.8lbs

I'm soo happy, finally out of the 170's! Not by much but I'm estatic.
