I've been a 3FC member for quite some time now....when i would visit the site on a regular basis, it did wonders for me?
Weight loss has always been an issue w/ me, it seemed I was always on some sort of diet (a story many of us are familiar with).
The only success I have ever had is with WW. I think about it every single day but with no moving forward?
This morning I woke up and always reach for my laptop, do the regular "surfing", checking emails & FB, and ended up here.
I have a problem with eating several times during the day? I would rather eat 2 meals (usually something unhealthy) or sometimes even 1 a day. Sometimes snacks come into the picture, but like I said, nothing healthy.
I dont' gain weight, but I sure as **** don't lose either?
So I am going to head downstairs and have a heathly breakfast and get some recording done for my daily point managing.....Ughhhhh
I want to stick to something at this point, recently quit smoking and found out I was in full blown menopause (early for a 35 yr old).....
What better time to make a lifestyle change...I know I can do it ....if I put my mind to it....looking after yourself is a choice. Nothing in life has been more difficult than this?
Planning a trip to Dominican Republic for the beginning of February....making a personal goal? Wish me luck ladies (and gents if any).... Will check back 2morrow in the am!
