Healthy oils on Flex Plan
I just joined WW online about 5min ago. I need some structure to my eating plan and I think this may help!
Question about the healthy oils: in the tracker there are 3 little check boxes per day that youre supposed to check off, but it suggests that you eat 2 teaspoons per day. why are there 3 boxes then? is it 2 teaspoons, 3times a day?
