Hi everyone,
I didn't see a thread for this so I started one. Also I'm excited because I will actually have something to report this month. I start the C25K on Tuesday. It will be my sole form of exercise this month. Next month I will add some more in but for now this will do. So the plan for the month is:
woooosh! I just did my WW Get Fit! Workout! Well actually I only did the warm up and the first two 7 minute segments! I didn't make the 3rd one! But, that is more exercise than I did all week last week!
I really wish I had the Get Moving and Get Started ones!
Well, I was just posting my activity for today. I may still get a walk in later!
Drinking my water today too!
I see we are off to a good start for this month. We went to a Seafood Festival yesterday and I walked so much my calves are actually hurting today. I wish I had some Ben-Gay....lol. Sammy Kershaw was the entertainment and he was actually very good, we had a good time. I will see you back here tomorrow.
November 1: treadmill, upper and lower body weights
November 2: treadmill, other-includes all forms of housework---started fall housecleaning---getting ready for the holidays and putting up the tree
November 3: painted in the kitchen for several hours (pooped)
November 4: semi-rested ----put things back in cupboards after paint dried
November 5: continued fall housecleaning
I completed Week 1, Day 1 of the C25K program. It felt pretty good. I'm on my way (okay I used to be a big Motley Crue fan in the 80's so when I say I'm on my way I think of the song "Home Sweet Home") to being a runner. I'm excited about that.
I just did not feel like excercising this week. I know PMS is rearing her ugly head my way. The only thing I want to do this week is just sleep, eat, and watch t.v. Hopefully, next week I will gained my energy back, and then I will be back to normal
Did my Get Fit Video. Got a little further today. WI was today. No changes to report! TOM is expected tomorrow. As discouraging as my WI's have been, I am greatful to have maintained. I have never been able to do that either.
Been on the eliptical three times in the past week for thirty minutes each time. So far that's 90 minutes for the month! Also walking everyday with the dogs or to class. I'm going try to squeeze in some toning and strength training too.
Today I decided no matter how I felt, I am going to excercise. So, I excerice to Disco Sweat with Richard Simmons. By the way, Does anybody know what happened to Richard Simmons?
Hey Snergy - that reminds me........I have his 30 minute blast off or something like that! I LOVED it! I think I am going to dig it out and use it. Tomorrow!!!!!! Today is the first day of TOM - No mood or modivation today!
Oh yea, I have checked out his site before - I use to be a member - like 2 or 3 years ago!
