Hey everyone I'm new here...not to 3fc or to WW but to this board. I did WW about 3 years ago and lost nearly 50 lbs then a lot of events happened and well it's back. I tried to do calorie counting for about a month and a half and i've lost 2 lbs

So I think it's time to come back to WW. I lost all of my weight using the points range and I think that's what I'm going to stick to. I liked doing it, so I feel that it's best. Thankfully, I still have all of the information from it. Here's hoping that the weight starts flying off
