I hope everyone is having a great weekened. I went to a party last night and blew it as far as points go. I will have to work extra hard this week if I am going to make my labor day goal. I have alot to do today, but I would like to get a walk in.

As far as the workout challenge I was just thinking at least 20 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. I know I will work out longer but some may not. How does that sound? Anyone have any suggestions on this topic? Let me know.

I am off to watch the race and shell peas.

Hello!! Weekends almost over and I am happy about it! LOL. I might have been ok the night people came over for dinner, but yesterday was a disaster!!

DAPH: You were not alone lastnight! I think I ate everything in the kitchen yesterday!

We stayed home all day yesterday. The only place I went was on the deck in my yard! LOL. We snacked all day! My hubby had had a hard week at work and just wanted to chill at home, which lead to chips and salsa, pepperon and cheese, poptarts, pie and mac & cheese! LOL We didn't have a meal at all yesterday, we just snacked and never got out of PJ's. So today I have sworn off anything but fiber.

The execise challenge sounds good. We should all post our daily activity and set a goal of 10 hours of activity for the entire month! That comes out to about 20 minutes a day!

LOL. Anyway, I hope everyone else did better than me. I gotta get back on the ball.

Hi, just checking in. I haven't spent much time on this site lately, but I have at least been counting my points and doing well. I started in mid-June and have lost 15 pounds! Yippee!!! I now weigh what my driver's license says I weigh, LOL

Hey paganwife congrats on your 15 lb lost, I don't think anyone actually puts their actual weight on their driver license. I don't know why people lie about it (I am also guilty of it) not that many people see my license, its not like I'm showing it off or anything!!
Hope everyone has had a good weekend.
I don't weigh in until thursday and I hope to see a loss, I do well staying on the program until the evening where I get the urge to eat more.
I have been eating some of my WPA as well as my APs, but I feel guilty eating them!!

Well...I weighed in this morning with a 2lb loss....YIPPEE!! I was so excited. I did have a bad day yesterday...but right back on track today. I hope everyone had a good weekend and is looking forward to the week!

Excercise Goal for August...20 min a day!

Hello everyone, checked with the scale and I didn't lose even 1 pound this week. But I didn't gain either. I do this on WW. One week I will lose 4 ponds and the next nothing, then I will lose another 4 pounds. So hopefully next week will be a good weigh in. It doesn't help that this week I am totally bloated and retaining water.

Glad the weekend is over. Last night I got the munchies and ate miniture reece cups while watching Forrest Gump. Thank goodness to be back OP. Off to do WATP.

Hello everyone, weighed in this morning and the scale wasn't kind to me. No loss, but as Mkjohn said no gain either so it could be worse.
I'm going to make sure I stick to my daily points and stay OP.

Hi everyone! Happy Monday....

I weighed-in this morning and lost 2 more pounds!!! I had a great OP week last week and even got some excercise in. My goal over the past 5 days was to exercise 3 times. I did it twice, but I want to join in on the exercise challenge of a minimum of 20 min. 5 times/week. Sounds good and very do-able.

Oh, I forgot to say I am on goal for the exercise challenge. I finished my WATP video this morning. First time I actually finished it...so I made two goals! How is everyone else doing with the challenge? I hope you are doing as well as I am. Good Luck!

Hello Girlies

Wow, looks like a some of you are a little thinner this week. I hope I will see a loss too. I got my workout in this am and I will start us a workout challenge thread so we can post our success there for August. So far so good today I am OP. I hope all of you are too. We can do this!!!!!!

For those of you who didn't have a loss this week and your working out.....take your measurements. I didn't weigh last week, but I was down 2 inches. Hey at least it's a loss. I usually will measure twice a month. It may be if you have a gain that your gaining muscle....so measure yourself.

Default Please give me some motivation!

Hello ladies. I am having a ery hard morning. My eating is just fine, but I have no motivation to go to the gym today!! NONE! I have loads of laundry to do and a bit of cleaning, but I feel like that's all I have been doing all summer. I still have 3 weeks until my classes start so I have nothing to do and nowhere to go. I am still in my PJ's. I just need some encouragement. LOL. Anyway, yesterday went well! I didn't eat any naughty foods and was way OP!! I was never hungry yesterday either, so I am aiming for the same food scheduale and food types to keep me on track! I really want to make my Labor Day goal. Heck, I think I just motivated myself to get up and out of the house and to the gym! Good luck ladies!

I too am OP this week. The only real day I didn't stay OP was last Saturday, I think that is pretty good out of three weeks. I hope all of you are OP....it sure is quiet around here today.


Keely: Get up and get to the gym. I got my workout in this morning and will walk tonight. If I don't stick to my goal, I feel guilty. Come on girl...you can do it.

Brismiley: Hang in there, hopefully you will get your kit this week. Did they say when it would ship?


I am going over to log my workout on the WO challenge thread and then I am off to cut up some okra. Will check back in later.

Don't forget your water and vitamins today.
