Default Question about points

Here is my issue I have already eaten most of my daily points and my very hungry. I did earn 2 APs walking and doing squats. Do you think it is good to eat those APs? I have also been feeling kinda sick (nauseous) do you think it is linked to the way I have been eating or unrelated? Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Hi Kelly, And yes I did feel like that when I first started. And I found that I was eating a lot of fruit, salad, and all kinds of 'light' food. Not enough food with 'body' in it. Try to look for foods with the same points but with more fibre, it will help to keep you full. Try to keep the points that you have earned. Good Luck

Kelly - I'm not on WW now, but I have been in the past and lost about 40lbs. I was really scared to use my APs back then, but looking back I wish I would have. Maybe I would have continued on with the program longer.

Everyone is different. If you really need them I say eat them. If you find your not losing well then I'd cut back on using them.
