Just wanted to share my good news too. Today is weigh in day and I am down a total of 5 pounds. YIPPEE!!!!!!!! I am so happy, if you couldn't tell. I know it will slow down from here, but I am proud of the reuslts this week. I am getting closer to my labor day goal. I hope all of you are too.

I am going out of town again in a few days so I am REALLY scared about that! When I go out to restaurants that we do not have at home I always seem to blow it! I will give it my best shot though!
Hi Daph, weigh in is on monday. I am excited to see how much weight I have dropped in a week. I have been doing my ab crunches. I am up to 75! I do 25 at a time 3 sets. Pretty soon I will be at 100! I can't wait. I doo them daily regardless of what is going on in my house. Good luck this weekend ladies!
