Default Personal points?
Today I purchased the starter kit from a local WW, it has the 2007 complete food companion and the dining out companion, a 3 month journal too, but the kit didn't include how to determine my own personal point range to stay within. I don't plan on attending any meeting ....nor do I want to formally join. Does anyone know the formula? Thank you thank you thank you!!
