Hello all--- I was wondering if anyone can tell me if they are on WW and have done the Michael Thurmond's 6 week body makeover at the same time? I have been doing WW from home since January and have done really well, but I needed something to get me moving so I ordered the Michael Thurmond's 6 week body makeover. I went online and read several reviews and it is sounding like it is very similar to the "Atkin's/South Beach Diet's". Does anyone know if that be the case b/c if so... I think I may have wasted my money.....
