Hi! I know that its recommended to do 45 min of moderate exercise 5x a week. I know for me, i have to do more. I have started to do cardio 5x a week for 40 min or so, then I am going to add 4 or 5 days of circuit training at home. I have only been counting points on and off for quite some time, though I am trying to get serious about it. Good luck. Let me know if you need a WW buddy!
