Flex is the most current plan, at the moment! I've never done the Winning points, but to my understanding the range that you had with WP is your target points with some of the 35 weekly flex points added in....example would be a range of 24-29, 24 would be your target number, and the extra 5 points would be like the newer flex points. Eat them or don't, the choice is yours. Starting fresh, I would go ahead and start with the Flex Points plan as it is the newest. Find what your points would be based on your current weight, and start counting!
