Talking Juicing?

I am looking forward to juicing a portion of my veggies and fruits.
Any helpful hints?

I love
cabbage, carrot, ginger and parsley
and
tomato, peppers, onions and celantro
and
beets, ginger and apple

the juicer also comes with a cook book for the left over pulp.
hmmmmmmmmmmmm.

I love juicing! but, it takes a lot of fruit or veggies to get some juice. It can be very exspensive. One of my favorites is apple, carrot, and pear! or carrots, beets, aplle, and celery.

Default Cost, not so bad

The juicer is the Jack La Lane and it seems to pull more juice out than the average juicer.
As far as the veggies, I buy a lot for my 3 boys - silly me- they rarely will finish all the veggies in the house. Candy, cookies and Ice cream they inhale.
So I am looking to use up the exess produce.
Also, there is a cart at the store that has brused fruits and veggies for CHEAP

I hope I am not looking at the world thru rose colored glasses.
